Natalie Lord, RA, LEED AP BD+C
Natalie’s love of architecture began at the age of 7, after stealing her big brother’s Frank Lloyd Wright book. As a third generation Coloradoan and the great-granddaughter of a homesteader, Natalie was eager to return to work in her home state. A licensed architect, Natalie has more than 13 years of experience working with many building types. Before founding Form+Works Design Group, Natalie was an Associate at Humphries Poli Architects. Her desired legacy is to bring new and long-lasting life to communities with her work. Natalie, her husband and their two boys can often be found in the Colorado mountains camping, hiking, skiing or off-roading.
Jane Crisler, AIA, LEED AP
Jane is inspired by great buildings, both old and new. Prior to joining Form+Works Design Group, Jane was a Principal at Humphries Poli Architects and also worked for 10 years at the Federal Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. Jane’s passion for preservation led to a love of K-12 School design, which is a natural extension of her desire to impact important community buildings.
Jane is on the Board of Trustees of Historic Denver as well as the Board of Directors of the Association for Learning Environments, Rocky Mountain Region. On weekends you can find Jane running on Colorado’s scenic trails, playing her guitar or trying to keep up with her husband and son!
